International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of chemical trading company. This person will help the company to establish their first office in Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist GM to complete various tasks for new company setup in Vietnam.
- Assist GM to coordinate and maintain the relations with related external parties;
- Assist GM to setup the management system and daily operation processes of each department of the company.
- Under the guidance of Group company HR team, to be responsible for local team recruiting, on-board and exit management,
- Be responsible for handling office affairs, to ensure the smooth daily operation of the company.
- Other tasks assigned by the GM.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient language skills in Chinese and Vietnamese, oral communication skill in English is a plus;
- More than 5 years working experience in Administration and HR, and familiar with all related working processes in local market;
- Experience in assisting the establishment of a new company in Vietnam is a plus;
- Familiar with the related local regulations and customs;
- Personality as proactive, initiative, responsible, open-minded, and willing to take the challenge.
