Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest hotels. Our respective client is looking for an Executive Assistant - Japanese Speaker who will provide high-level of administrative support to executives or senior management. This role is on onsite work set-up and will be reporting to the Executive/Board of Director.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the executive, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence. Draft and prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute follow-up materials. Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging venues, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
- Maintain and coordinate the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and organize meetings to ensure efficient use of the executive's time.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Prepare travel itineraries, etc.,
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees. Serve as a liaison between the executive and other team members or departments.

Job Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience as executive assistant.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related disciplines.
- Must be fluent in both oral and written Japanese (N1 or N2) and English language.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
- Must be adaptable, independent self-starter and fast learner to cope with the fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to multitask, must be detail oriented.
- Must be well-versed in translation and interpretation of Japanese language to business English (vice versa)
- Must have an experience in working with different nationalities
