Exciting opportunity for an experienced C-Suite level EA to join a global financial services company based in the City. This company are continually challenging themselves to develop the world's best technology platforms for their clients to create bigger investment opportunities globally and give their team the tech they need to thrive and be the best at what they do. With operations in 20 countries across Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and North America, this firm continues to lead the industry and win multiple awards.

This role will support the CEO and 2-3 Executives. High standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion and independent judgement is a must for this senior position. You will engage with key stakeholders and work with internal and external contacts, including board members and you will be privy to a range of highly sensitive issues. Previous experience supporting at this level is an absolute must. This is a traditional support role and requires someone who is able to pre-empt situations before they arise and highly organised with the natural ability to prioritise and push back where needed.

At busy times, you might be required to assist and support outside of core hours due to the level of seniority, however this role is not a demanding 24/7 position. This firm are strong promoters of flexibility, work life balance and hybrid working up to 3 days from home per week.

What you will be doing?

  • Proofreading, composing and responding correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Provide Investor Relation support by organising and coordinating roadshows
  • Undertake special assignment and projects as directed by the CEO or Executive team
  • Complex diary, scheduling and resolving related conflicts and competing demands, proactive scheduling important meetings with external and internal individuals
  • Full inbox management for the CEO including correspondence
  • Reporting and collating board papers
  • Performs general clerical duties and completes various forms, including: expenses, payment requests, consultancy agreements, Workday approvals etc

What you will need?

  • 7-10 years experience supporting C- Level Executives.
  • Experience in organising meetings, preparing and monitoring budgets, assisting with travel and hotel accommodations, and providing general office operations support
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Expert level written and verbal communications
  • Proficiency in grammar, spelling and proofreading
  • Ability to understand and interpret policies and procedures as well as apply them with consistency
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
