Executive Assistant to Founder - West End - £60K-£70K
We have the most outstanding opportunity for an EA to join a boutique finance house in the West End, working 9-6 and based five days onsite. Working outside of hours, as the business demands on odd occasion.
You will be supporting at the highest level and working for the 3 senior stakeholders, with primary focus on the Chairman (founder) and additional support for two Partners, who are part-time.
We are looking for a candidate who is committed and loyal and is used to working at the highest level in finance and is also able to work closely and successfully with their stakeholders, providing superb organisational support and exceptional diary and inbox management skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
You must be confident, professional and really wanting to go on the journey with the stakeholders to provide the level of EA cover required for professionals who are industry leaders and utterly inspiring in their field. Perhaps you are supporting in C-Suite presently or indeed are hungry to step up to work at the highest level and have advanced skills on email/calendar and enjoy complex scheduling.
You will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, coupled with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Solutions driven, you can work proactively and use your initiative to deliver best in class service!
Happy to take full ownership of tasks from start to finish, you will be a true lynch-pin in the office and forge exceptional working relationships.
The role requires an EA who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and muck in and who enjoys the corporate arena.
There may be a modicum of personal work, but as the go-to person for your senior stakeholders, you should have a wonderful can-do attitude and warm personality to cope with ever changing priorities.

Ensure prioritised emails are promptly dealt with
Email inbox is managed effectively to ensure the Partner's time is capitalised.
Send emails are sent on behalf of the Partner if/when required
Provide constant updates and ensure all meetings, events and personal trips are accurately and efficiently planned
Proactive approach to upcoming events, or tasks with challenges made if you feel the Partner's / Execs time could be better utilised elsewhere
Appointments / Meetings are booked at convenient times and the appropriate notice and requirements are given to the Exec with plenty of notice
Business and private travel and accommodation arrangements are made to meet specific requirements, within budget and using preferred suppliers where appropriate
Specific administration assistance is given when required
Provide assistance at external meetings and company events as required
Minute taking at meetings
