A leading Financial Data Publishing Firm are seeking an experienced Administrator for up to 7 weeks. This is a part time position, sometimes working 3 days a week and sometimes working 4 days a week. The role is fully remote and ideally as the main audience is based in the US, they would like someone who can work US hours perhaps 1-2 days out of the 3-4 days (so maybe until 7/8pm)
The ideal candidate must be confident working with a dynamic and enthusiastic event team, this person will play a lead role in contacting, confirming, and liaising with VIP attendees ahead of our event.
The VIP Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Outreach and confirmation of 100+ VIP event attendees via a variety of channels, according to a brief and targets provided by the Event Director
- Liaison with sponsors to obtain VIP profile lists and ensure successful pre-event facilitation of structured networking and one-to-one meetings for the on-site experience
- Work closely with the sponsorship sales, content and marketing teams to facilitate VIP attendance
Qualifications
- Experience in telesales/sales is desirable
- Phone skills are required
- Strong organisational skills
- This role would suit a self-starting, confident person who enjoys building relationships and talking to people
