Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in
manufacturing industry. Our respected client is seeking a seasoned engineer with 15 years of solid experience in maintenance
for Facilities Manager position. The job is based in Tanauan, Batangas, Philippines.

Job Summary:

The Facilities Manager will manage overall operation and other related activities related to common facilities & manage the safe and timely execution of construction and capacity upgrade activities for infrastructure, facilities and production machineries.

Key job responsibilities include:

* Manage activities on repair and maintenance of production machineries
* Monitor recurrence prevention activities
* Manage the impact of construction on operation of facilities & production with minimal or zero impact
* Manage implementation of Preventive Maintenance Program by providing resources
* Manage work environment control and maintenance on financial stand point
* Manage work environment control during construction
* Plan infrastructure upgrade for business and capacity expansion.
* Manage project execution and turn over schedule with zero delay
* Manage retirement and performance/ capacity upgrade of facilities
* Manage campaign for cost down activity by the section
* Control strict compliance of facilities & construction activities with government and company standard
* Maintain high-standard of safety

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering(Electrical/Mechanical) or related discipline, with or without license
* Good communication and leadership skills
* Strong technical foundation on Facility operation and Maintenance and good management perspective.
* 3 years of working experience in facilities management position
* Able to read and understand complex electrical, mechanical and automation systems
* Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems
* Demonstrated leadership skills
* Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent project management skills
* Working Knowledge of health, safety and environment requirements
