A leading, global commodity trading company requires an experienced Facilities Officer ideally with experience in AutoCAD to join their busy facilities team on a temp basis. For the right candidate, this is likely to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare floor plans
- Make changes as required and ensure plans are fully maintained and up to date, including leavers and joiners and desk moves
- Process invoices
- Oversee Access Control on a daily basis
- Management of Auditors while on site
- Provide admin support for Health and Safety matters
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a facilities role within a corporate environment
- Previous experience using AutoCAD is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
