International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international Electrical and Automotive Solution Provider. Our client is seeking for a Chinese/Taiwanese Field Sales Executive who has a strong hunting spirit and always up for a challenge.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell the company's products and services to current and potential customers.
  • Understand strategies, sales methods and target sales numbers.
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with existing accounts while developing new account.
  • Actively communicate and visit key clients and maximize sales from each account.
  • Secure new business opportunities and provide good after sales service
  • Provide technical advice regarding product inquiries.
  • Keep track of market trends and developments to implement effective sales strategies.
  • Make and send sales reports.
  • Prepare and participate in marketing events such as seminars, exhibitions and roadshows

Job Requirements:

  • Chinese/Taiwanese national
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Energetic, Target-driven, Team - orientated and Customer centered.
