Salary : £ 30,000 - £35,000 pro rata
Part time : 3 days per week
Hybrid - 1 day office based, 2 days working from home

The role reports into a part time Finance Director and includes:
- Calculating monthly employee commissions
- Payroll
- BACS transactions to staff
- Managing the banking system and prepare payments for sign off
- Raising invoices and managing credit control
- Liaising with suppliers
- Running monthly reports on sales transactions
- Working with the accountants on analysing company expenses, VAT, Corporation. Tax and more
Essentials :
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience using accountancy software
- Excel skills which include VLOOK UP/HLOOK UP/ pivot tables
Desirables:
- Experience using Sage, Quickbooks and Salesforce
- AAT Qualifications Level 2/3
