Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Professional Division is partnered with a large investment
holding company who are currently seeking an exceptional Account Executive for their Sales Consulting subsidiary.
This individual will be managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the financial
operations of a company or organization. They will also be responsible for a range of accounting tasks, assisting with
financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Job responsibilities:
* Recording financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, accurately in the company's
accounting software or ledger.
* Managing invoices, processing payments to vendors, and following up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely
* Regularly reconciling the company's bank accounts to ensure that all transactions are accounted for and
discrepancies are identified and resolved.
* Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries on a regular basis for management
* Monitoring and analysing expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities and adherence to budget guidelines.
* Ensuring timely and accurate completion of tax-related requirements, such as filing tax returns and providing
necessary documentation to tax authorities.
* Assisting in internal and external audits by providing required financial data and documentation.
* Maintaining good relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating terms, and handling any payment disputes
or issues that may arise.
* Staying updated with relevant accounting principles, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance with financial
standards and reporting requirements.
* Assisting in the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll and related tasks, such as tax deductions and
