Finance/Team Assistant wanted in NYC for global PR agency!

With a client portfolio that includes global brand names, particularly within the food & drink, fashion, and lifestyle sectors, this multi award-winning agency is now looking for a Finance/Team Assistant to support their super-talented NYC team.
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a similar role, with extensive knowledge of sales and purchase ledger processes, and project management software such as Paprika
- Support the team with various tasks, from admin and logistics to HR, events, notetaking, calendar management, and much more
- Be highly organized with excellent communication skills, to work collaboratively with various teams and ensure the smooth running of the agency's day-to-day functions
- Experience of a PR, marketing, or creative agency environment is not essential, but would be a huge advantage!
