International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a global digital asset management firm.

As the business has just entered Vietnam market recently, they are now searching for Front End Lead (ReactJS).

Job Summary:

The dedicated Front-End Lead will be responsible for all front-end related features of their applications & support them to build Front End team in Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build & maintain all front-end features including but not limited to website, web & mobile applications
  • Lead the front-end development initiatives and strategies
  • Devise effective and reusable all front end features, modules, systems for company products.
  • Participating in code reviews and testing new features to ensure they are compatible with existing features
  • Propose and deploy user interface initiatives for product improvement and technology advancement
  • Proactively identify and fix system errors or bugs for better application performance and maximum speed
  • Collaborate with Backend Engineers to build effective features and dispatch experiment
  • Carry out discipline software engineering (automated testing; code review,etc)
  • Ensure team performance and propose improvement approaches to utilize and maximize the team capabilities.

Job Requirements:

  • Good English communication
  • Minimum 5-years experience as Front End Engineer or equivalent roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of TypeScript; JS; HTLM; CSS & jQuery
  • Outstanding interpersonal communications to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge in Back-End will be a big plus
