Our client, a leading investment management firm based in the heart of the City, are looking for a Fund Financial Assistant.

As a key member of the team you will be contributing to the daily operation support and administration of nominated funds and group entities.
Supporting the team on a day to day basis with processing and monitoring all payments and receivables across a number of trading companies.
Duties will include:
- Processing and posting invoices and payments
- Filling fund and project documents
- Raising and posting invoices
- Daily cash reviews
- Regular bank reconciliations
- Running VAT reports, VAT allocations & reconciliations
- Assisting with preparation of year-end audit files
- Ad-hoc projects
