Our respected client is seeking Relationship Manager Funding for Jakarta area & Medan area, who able to carry out marketing activities for savings products and Bank services to prospective new customers and manage existing customers according to applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out marketing activities by penetrating the market and identifying customer needs in offering savings products by applying the applicable KYC/APU PPT principles
• Cross-selling products to customers
• Manage customer accounts according to predetermined standards
• Provide services to customers according to applicable service standards
• Receiving and following up on customer complaints at units/branches in accordance with applicable regulations

Job Requirements:

• At least Bachelor's degree from any major
• Have a minimum of 3 years of Banking Marketing Funding experience
• Have WPPE (must have), AAJI certification
• Having good interpersonal ability
• Have the ability to think analytically with sharp business logic
• Able to be flexible and have high mobility
• Have the ability to expand community networks among local business people in order to achieve business growth targets
• Able to operate Ms Office (Excel, Word)
• Chinese / Mandarin / Hokkien speakers would be an advantage
