Our client is a succesful International Financial Services firm with Global presence.

Summary Profile:

To provide comprehensive General Affairs support to the General Manager of Expatriates Human Resources & General Affairs Department.

Key Responsibilities:

The work undertaken will vary significantly and be dependent on business needs, however some of the key activities include:

  • Leading, coordinating and managing projects including developing/improving General Affairs function, involving EUAJA team members and the Facility team;
  • Planning and organizing maintenance and reviewing rules and procedures for the whole office;
  • Leading and coordinating the ringi process for "Company Asset Management" in Europe, including enhancing of company rules/regulations, communicating with relevant parties and supervising other department/office staff;
  • Managing and supervising team members to ensure the effective execution of administration processes such as payment of invoices, submission of expenses plan and all other administrative tasks;
  • Managing and supervising Facilities Team, and organizing the structure to make it functional;
  • Supporting management on Europe's Business Continuity Plan (BCP);

  • Exposure with managing in a General Affairs dept is essential;
