International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading SAAS solution company. Our client is seeking for a Country Manager with strong experience in the SAAS industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall business strategy for our SAAS operations in Vietnam.
  • Lead the sales and business development efforts to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and manage a high-performing local team, providing coaching and mentorship.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and market positioning.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Country Manager or in a similar leadership role in the SAAS industry.
  • Strong understanding of the SAAS market in Vietnam, including industry trends and customer needs.
  • Track record of successfully achieving sales and growth targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive execution and results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Fluent in English.
