Job Summary:

The General Manager is expected to be experienced and knowledgeable in leasing, asset management, project
management, and facilities management. The position will be expected to be well known in terms of supervising and
leading a team.

* Quantify existing portfolio and diversification of portfolio

Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in related field
* At least 10 years' experience in leadership
* Experienced in real estate management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Outstanding time management and critical thinking skills
* Willing to work in Cebu City
* Willing to relocate
