Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading consumer electronics and appliances company, Our respected client is seeking a General Manager who will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of the brand within the organization. This role will be assigned in BGC, Taguig City.

Key job responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
* Develop and implement the overall strategic plan for the company, aligning with the company's vision and objectives.
* Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
2. Brand Development:
* Enhance the company's brand image, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all channels.
* Drive initiatives to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty.
3. Product Management:
* Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market demands and brand positioning.
* Collaborate with the product development team to introduce new, innovative products that meet consumer needs.
4. Sales and Distribution:
* Develop and execute effective sales and distribution strategies to maximize market penetration.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
5. Marketing and Advertising:
* Lead marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and public relations, to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
* Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
6. Financial Management:
* Develop and manage the annual budget for the company's' brand, ensuring financial objectives are met.
* Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures to achieve profitability targets.
7. Team Leadership:
* Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
* Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with brand goals and company values.
8. Customer Experience:
* Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that products and services consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
* Implement feedback mechanisms to gather customer insights for continuous improvement.
9. Quality Assurance:
* Ensure the highest standards of quality for the company's products, working closely with the quality assurance team.
* Address and resolve any product-related issues promptly and efficiently.
10. Compliance and Ethics:
* Ensure all brand activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
* Promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior within the team and organization.

Key job qualifications include:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the consumer electronics or appliances industry.
* Strong understanding of brand management, product development, and marketing strategies.
* Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
