Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading national company with a core focus on Electrical and Automation. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least ten years' experience in SMART Infrastructure and Agriculture for the job of Global Partner Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Report directly to Global Business Development Manager
  • responsible to identify, qualify and establish the partnership model and candidates
  • Utilizing his/her networking and experience, he is expected to identify list of partners and the commercial model (pricing, white labelling, reseller agreement, etc.)
  • He/she will also be involved to support global team on investment and M&A related activity to provide the necessary input and negotiation
  • Develop partner strategy and roadmap
  • Develop Partner Catalogue and Price list
  • Coordinate Partnership reseller agreement together with the global team
  • Develop pricing strategy for partner (margin and discount strategy)
  • Analyse gaps in the current portfolio offering and propose adoption strategy based on service requirement
  • Explore and identify possible partner candidates in line with the partnership strategy
  • Develop partnership with System Integrator to support pre-sales and delivery in respective country

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Automation from a reputed university
  • Minimum 10-15 years of working experience, preferably in IoT, Automation, System Integration related to SMART Infrastructure or SMART Agriculture projects
  • Should be a Self Starter and willing to extensively travel in the Industrial segment market to Penetrate the business
  • Should have developed business independently in Indonesia and SEA Market
  • Excellent Networking Skills
  • Exceptional Market and customer awareness and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of IoT and automation market update
