Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of the Healthcare providers in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a GM Talent Acquisition. The job to based in Jakarta.
Responsibilities
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities.
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring; including GP Doctors, Nurse and medical-related positions. It includes sourcing strategies, candidate pipelining, head hunter or 3rd party management.
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience; including On-boarding process.
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business (all directorate in Corporate and all Business Units).
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for all roles.
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
- Develop strong employer branding aligned with corporate branding to attract top talents in the market.
- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring standards relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and candidate satisfaction; including new employee on-boarding experience.
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement, liaise with Talent Development for certain projects.
- Managing a team of 5 people, including monitor the coordination of HC Department in all Unit in relation to manpower plan and fulfilment matters.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruitment Manager
- 5 years of experience at the managerial level
- Strong experience in a leadership role within talent acquisition.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders.
- Having knowledge of the hospital/healthcare industry would be an advantage
