Group HR Manager - Prestigious Global Recruitment Firm

Prestigious global recruitment firm are looking for a Group HR Manager to provide the full HR service to the group and work with a small central team based in West Sussex, have overall oversight of all UK HR activity, and coordinate elements of HR across the group.

This is an exciting role working in partnership and reporting to the groups CEO, it includes the UK remit of developing, managing, coordinating and administering HR operations and processes, coordinate with business MD's on end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, on on-boarding, induction, probation, performance, employee lifecycle changes and leavers, maintain and verify employee information and records to ensure compliance, Manage and administer employment documents e.g. contracts, letters, policies, staff handbook, Point of contact for advice on HR and employment queries and issues including hiring, remuneration, leave, benefits and termination and leading in all relevant processes (e.g. grievances, disciplinary and capability)

You will oversee HR policies in place across the group working to ensure consistency with group principles and policies for local teams, remain responsible for ensuring compliance with local rules, Identify root cause of issues that arise and seek solutions and preventative measures.

As part of Group HR the role will also include overseeing HR policies in place across the group working to ensure consistency with group principles and policies - local teams remain responsible for ensuring compliance with local rules, support HR teams across the Group providing advice and sharing best practice, Work with the Group's executives and senior leadership team on remuneration of MD level individuals, Play an active role in the Group's DE&I, employee engagement and wellbeing programmes, Work closely with the Group's Legal and Finance teams, Travel as required to UK business offices.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with Significant experience working in an HR role coordinating and administering HR processes and policies including those around performance management and dismissal , CIPD Level 5/7 or equivalent HR Masters degree required.

Excellent attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and interests, excellent written and verbal communication skills, drive and enthusiasm to succeed and improve, ability to maintain confidentiality and display discretion, strong team player but with the ability to work independently and with autonomy, ability to build and maintain relationships and provide a high level of customer service.
