Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Healthcare Provider, they're looking for a Human Capital Department Head with at least 5 years of experience at the managerial level. This position is located in Surabaya.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement people management practices including a broad range of human resources policies, programs, and systems
• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR team
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
• Resolve complex employee relations issues
• Suggest new HR strategies
• Perform other duty tasks as assigned
• Handling Hospital accreditation

Job Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent
• At least 5 Years) of working experience in HR Hospital/Healthcare fields
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
• Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and influential skills
• Strong in analytical skills
• Thorough knowledge in HR practices
• Fully understanding in law legislation
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya
