Executive Recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group division is currently recruiting on behalf of a client in the retail automotive industry. Our distinguished client is currently seeking for a Head of After Sales with at least 5 years' experience within the luxury automotive brand after sales.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
The role entails developing and establishing the annual Aftersales strategy and business plans, while monitoring and analyzing services, parts sales, and KPI data. The candidate is responsible for managing and improving Aftersales standardization processes, ensuring quality control, and handling staff capacity planning, recruitment, and customer satisfaction monitoring. Effective communication of service process changes, interdisciplinary collaboration, and setting up a structure for internal communication and meetings are key aspects. Managing complaints, organizing service occasions and events, implementing improvement measures, and driving continuous improvement are also important.

*Relevant degree/diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
*Minimum 5 years' Aftersales management experience in Porsche
