As the Head of Budget and Planning, you hold a pivotal role in steering financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis practices within the organization. Your responsibility involves delivering accurate and timely financial data, contributing significantly to the company's informed and educated strategic decision-making processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engages closely with senior management to guarantee that financial planning aligns seamlessly with the company's strategic objectives, both in the short term and long term. The role involves adeptly translating strategic initiatives into comprehensive financial plans and ensuring precise allocation of financial resources.
  • Consistently crafts and delivers financial reports to executives and stakeholders. These reports encompass key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and other pertinent data.
  • Furnishes financial data and guidance to support both strategic and tactical decision-making. Responsibilities may extend to evaluating investment opportunities, assessing the financial viability of new initiatives, and identifying avenues for cost reduction.
  • Play a supporting role in new business development projects, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint venture deals, and initiatives for company expansion.

Job Requirements

  • Experiences in creating accurate and comprehensive financial projections and budgets.
  • Proficient in interpreting financial data, trends, and performance indicators to offer insightful recommendations.
  • Strong leadership experience in managing teams or projects.
  • Excellent command of the English language, facilitating effective communication in a professional context.
