Monroe Consulting, an executive recruitment firm, is in search of a Head of Business Development for a prominent digital marketing agency that specializes in comprehensive, performance-driven digital marketing solutions. Our client operates businesses and agencies across Asia and global markets.

As the Head of Business Development, your role involves devising and executing strategic business development plans that align with the company's growth objectives. You will be responsible for identifying fresh business opportunities and forging partnerships to enhance the company's market presence.


Job Responsibilities

  • Create and put into action practical business plans that match the company's growth goals.
  • Spot new chances and partnerships to grow the company's presence in the market.
  • Form and lead a strong business development (BD) team.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Increase revenue through effective sales and business development strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market changes.
  • Use market insights to find areas for potential business expansion and improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams like marketing, product development and customer success for a coordinated approach to business growth

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated background in business development, particularly within advertising agencies and a preference for candidates with experience in digital marketing agencies.
  • Successful track record of acquiring new business and meeting revenue goals.
  • Strong leadership, team management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the capability to formulate and implement business development plans.
  • Proficient in English.
