Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an international bank who provides comprehensive range of financial services to its individual customers and aims to be the best-performing SME financing bank in all of Asia. This bank is seeking for a Head of Cash Operations, Remittance and Reimbursement, preferably a Korean national, with history in working for the banking industry and who is reliable in managing the bank's business activities to meet earnings and customer service targets. The job is an Onsite Set up and is based in BGC Taguig, Philippines.

Job summary:

Head of Cash Operations, Remittance and Reimbursement will oversee and manage the daily operations of the branch in terms of its profitability, sales and service, budgets, personnel and workflow requirements in accordance to company policies and procedures. He/She must have the adaptability to support and coordinate multiple projects/requests as assigned by the General Manager.

Key job responsibilities include:

* Overall Head of Cash Operations, Remittance and Reimbursement.
* Responsible for formulating, developing, executing and managing the business activities of the Bank in order to meet earnings and customer service targets. Implements guidelines for the daily operations of the Bank.
* Handles the day-to-day operations of the whole Branch with the help of other staffs.
* Manages the branch profitability, sales and service, budgets, personnel and workflow requirements in accordance to company policies and procedures.
* Oversees effective sales, operations and credit procedures of the Bank and ensures conformity of all branch transactions and activities to the policies of the Bank.
* Draws and executes sales activities directed towards maximizing revenue and volume potential in respective area of responsibility.
* Responsible in providing good customer service to new and existing clients.
* Handles all types of Bank products such as deposit, remittance and reimbursement, including foreign exchange.
* Establishes and communicates sales goals, objectives and action plan to staffs.
* Provides leadership and motivations to branch staff to achieve business objectives by promoting teamwork among its officers and staffs.
* Responsible in training the staffs on how to manage the operations of the Bank and answers inquiries with regards to products and services
* Coordinates with the Head Office if need arises.
* Establishes and maintains good long term relationship with the Bank's staff, partners and customers.
* Ensures that all transactions assigned are handled efficiently and effectively in a timely manner.
* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager.

Key job requirements include:

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business/Marketing or equivalent
* At least 5 years of banking experience is required.
* Native Korean/Non-native with excellent English and Korean communication skills (writing, speaking, reading).
* Must be currently living in PH and willing to work onsite in BGC Taguig.
* Ability to support and coordinate multiple projects/requests.
* Willing to learn and can easily adapt to the working environment.
