The Role

The role involves utilizing stellar communication and management skills to lead and scale community management efforts, while creating best practices for community managers. You will develop clear objectives for each of their communities, develop plans of action to improve workflows, and lead community engagement programs.

The Individual

The ideal candidate has experience as a Web3 community manager, strong leadership skills experience with best practices within current NFT/crypto communities, and experience managing teams.
