Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading life insurance in Thailand. The company is seeking a Head of Compensation & Benefits based in Bangkok. The company is well-known as the largest public listed life insurance and securities group in Asia-Pacific.

The position is responsible for overseeing, developing and implementing remuneration components such as salaries, bonuses, and long-term incentives and for facilitating job evaluations, performance appraisals and remuneration review processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement remuneration components such as salaries, bonuses, and long-term incentives
  • Facilitate job evaluations, performance appraisals and remuneration review processes
  • Develop and implement policies and processes for international assignment (both short-term and long-term) and one-way transfer across entities
  • Participate in remuneration surveys
  • Administer remuneration programmes for executives
  • Provide expertise in the design, implementation, and analysis of other remuneration related areas such as sales incentive, retirement plans, life, and medical insurances, including recognition awards

Job Requirements

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits functions
  • Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in any related fields
  • Experience in Performance Management
  • Experience in Job Analysis
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel with demonstrated ability to create complex spreadsheets and reports
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively in a deadline-driven environment requirement
  • Able to work as a team and matrix report environment
  • Good interpersonal and service mind
  • Good command of English both written & spoken
