International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an International Insurance Firm. Our client is looking for a professional and experienced candidate in Data Analytics & Insight.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Data Analytics (Data Processing & Data Mining, Inference & Interpretation, Visualization)
  • Master the data structures and processing rules for the assigned functions
  • Upgrade data processing & visualization skill sets to catch up with new technology, new strategy
  • Build up areas of potential simplification/ automation and implement these changes
  1. Data Engineering & Warehousing (Data warehousing & ETL (Extract, Transformation, Load), Data architecture)
  • Manage data assets are organized and stored in an efficient way so that information is high quality, reliable, flexible, stable and efficient.
  • Make sure the intergrate of new data sources to increase throughput of existing systems, managing data pipelines, ETL solutions that facilitate robust analysis, and sourcing, preparing data
  • Evaluate and identify new technologies for developing and expanding upon existing systems
  1. Data Science (Advanced data processing & data mining (large dataset & unstructured), Statistical modelling/ Machine Learning)
  • Build, validate and deploy machine learning models to solve the critical problem statements aligned between Prudential and bank partners (Customer Segmentation, Cross-sell/Up-sell, Customer Churn Prediction, etc.)
  • Contribute to the improvement of database management to optimize time for data preprocessing
  • Successfully deliver data analytics projects using advanced analytics, machine learning and/or deep learning (e.g: Cross-sell Improvement, Customer Churn Management, etc.), measured via the ROI of applying data science models/ analyis
  1. Others key strategic projects

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science or related Quantitative discipline, preferably a Master
  • At least 7 years experiences of data analyst, datawarehose and data scientist
  • Experience with a sales compensation technology is an advantage
  • Competencies:
  • Having knowledge & experience of Hadoop Ecosystem(Spark, Hadoop,...) and cloud data platform (Azure,
  • AWS,...) is a plus
  • Advanced skill of common analytics toolkits(SQL, Python)
  • Knowledge of statistical and predictive modeling concepts, machine learning approaches, clustering and classification techniques/ recommendation and optimization algorithms is required
  • Having knowledge & experience about Machine Learning and MLops is a plus
