As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking a talented for the job of Head of Data and Analytics. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Driving aspect of commercial and operational of the company
  • Manage and lead team of data analyst and data scientist for effective productivity to deliver quality analysis and data product
  • Push boundaries through data and analytics for digital marketing
  • Serve the clients to help them understand their digital marketing and business effort through data, by research, monitor, listen and connect all of their data touch points
  • Understand the vast landscape of digital marketing (social, content, performance, KOL, app, web, and so on) and how to use data to escalate the growth and performance for all approach and touch points
  • Understand market research processes for branding, and marketing purposes and able to conduct team to gain insights through various methods (survey, interview, FGD, or digital data mining)
  • Understand on creating sustainable data management process and technology, from collecting, storage, to destruction for digital marketing purposes
  • Understand on creating a sustainable data & analytics business for digital marketing or marketing in general

Job Requirements:

  • 8+ years working experience in data and analytics, 3+ years' experience leading team in market research agency, digital / media agency, startup (company needs to be highly proficient in digital data) is preferred
  • Able to use Python for data science and data analysis purposes and create data products to escalate team productivity and data mining process
  • Able to use Tableau for data processing, deep analysis and presentation visualization
  • Able to use Google Data Studio (or similar tools) to create dashboards using multiple variations of data sources and create dashboard views to escalate data analysis processes and quality
  • Able to use Database and SQL to create data structure and data pipeline and management plan to maintain digital data from all channels
  • Able to use all Google Workspace / Microsoft Office applications
