Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group is partnering up with an International Data Center Company in Indonesia. Our client is looking for a Head of Data Center with proven experience in Operations & Managing Critical Facility. This job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.


Job Descriptions:

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align with client expectations and contracts.
  • Be the main contact person for stakeholders, maintaining a proactive and collaborative working relationship.
  • Lead a team of Facility and Operations Managers to ensure efficient critical facility operations.
  • Oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) and Project Managers for on-time, on-budget project delivery.
  • Supervise the Transition Team for smooth execution of initial 3-5 year rectification and transition projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies for better service and operations, meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs.
  • Continuously improve processes for operational efficiency.
  • Work with finance and operations teams to manage the department's budget for cost-effective operations.
  • Identify and address potential risks and issues affecting service delivery or project outcomes.
  • Implement risk mitigation plans and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Establish performance metrics and reporting to track the Managed Service Operations team's performance.
  • Regularly review and analyze operational data to make informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering,Mechanical, Electrical, Business, or Operations).
  • - Proven experience (15+ Years) in managing critical facilities and operations, with a focus on data centers or telecommunications.
  • - Strong background in stakeholder management and client relations.
  • - Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams
  • - Excellent project management skills, including experience with rectification and transition projects.
  • - Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to critical facility management.
  • - Preferably holding one or more DC-Related certifications
  • - Understanding of the construction procedures for data centers.
