International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international bank. As the business is rapidly expanding, our client is seeking a talented for Head of Debt Securities. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City or Ha Noi, Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities:

• Explore an identify business opportunities for Debt Securities products and services with existing client relationships of Group as well as new clients
• Formulate and execute strategies to achieve the department's objectives, in line with the aspirations set for activities in the Vietnam market
• Provide debt advisory and execution for clients' corporate exercises which includes reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions
• Develop, oversee and be responsible for the overall execution and completion of transactions
• Hiring new team members and manage the team in providing debt solutions to clients

Job Requirements:

• At least 10 years in related field, preferably experience in International corporate
• Bachelor/Master in Finance or other related discipline
• Deep understanding and extensive experience of Securities Deal
• Good relationships with corporates, investors and other relevant parties
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
