International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international bank company.

Our highly respected client is seeking candidates as Head of Debt Capital Markets with at least 10 years of experience in Debt & Capital Markets for international/reputable companies operating in Securities, Investment Banking, Management Consulting. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Head of Debt Capital Markets will plays a crucial role in partnership and business development, in which he/she is going to impose strategies on services that the company offer and to maximize the profit by proposing variety of related products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Explore an identify business opportunities for Debt Capital Market products and services with existing client relationships of Group as well as new clients
  • Formulate and execute strategies to achieve the department's objectives, in line with the aspirations set for DCM activities in the Vietnam market
  • Provide debt advisory and execution for clients' corporate exercises which includes reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions
  • Develop, oversee and be responsible for the overall execution and completion of transactions
  • Hiring new team members and manage the team in providing debt solutions to clients

Job Requirements:

  • At least 10 years in related field, preferably experience in International corporate: Securities, Investment Banking, Management Consulting…
  • Bachelor/Master in Finance or other related discipline
  • Deep understanding and extensive experience of DCM Deal, Securities Services, Corporate Finance Services…
  • Good relationships with corporates, investors and other relevant parties
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
