Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an award-winning digital solutions company, specialised in providing omnichannel digital fintech solutions for banks and governments across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Our respected client is seeking an Information Technology (IT) professional who specializes in service delivery and project management for fintech and digital payment solutions for the job of Head of Delivery. The job is in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Job Summary

The Head of Delivery will be responsible to in managing, monitoring, and evolving the service delivery, policies, processes, and profitability to ensure delivery fulfillment to customers while consistently maintaining a high quality of service within allocated budget and timelines.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Manage offshore delivery team in Philippines
  • Engage/Coordinate with onsite teams for effective and efficient delivery
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery from Solutioning, Implementation and Production Support
  • Manage Customer and Vendor/Partner relationships
  • Ensure service delivery is managed profitably and in-line with budgets and schedules
  • Proactively address problems and identify opportunities for increasing client satisfaction
  • Actively cultivate practices that support the company vision and how these fits into the day-to-day operations and nurture the goal of every employee to have an enjoyable and extraordinary place to work
  • Maintain a culture of continuous improvement by fine-tuning of systems, processes, and employee motivation
  • Ensure delivery operations is as efficient as possible with stringent operational processes, systems, and procedures in place.
  • To ensure key delivery processes are in place for each of the relevant service line activities
  • Delivery operations activities and costs are delivered within an agreed budget, times for each activity are accurately communicated throughout the business
  • Resource management and career management
  • Ensure that the quality of our offering is measured on a regular basis and is best in class
  • Share reports to senior management on resource utilization, project profitability, etc.

Key job requirements include:

  • Around 15 years of experience in IT industry
  • Over 5-7 years' experience in offshore delivery and operations
  • 4 years or more in a senior management position, including responsibility for planning and achieving performance targets
  • Involved in technical implementation of Java/J2EE applications
  • Experience in digital solutions space within Banking and Financial Industry
  • Preferred PMP and ITIL certifications
