The role of Head of Enterprise Sales is responsible for enhancing growth by managing company sales to exceed identified targets, identify new business opportunities/growth from expanding market knowledge, create and personalise the most suitable experience for clients, support the sales team and provide guidance to initiate new leads and values.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to the executive team.
- Drive innovation in sales processes and techniques to stay ahead in a competitive market.
- Proven experience in enterprise software/IT solutions sales with a track record of success
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop sales teams.
- Good connections with retail clients will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
