Head of Finance
Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing pharmaceutical company. Our respective client is looking for a Head of Finance who is highly competent with tax, compliance, financial statements, and possess good analytical and decision-making skills, with the passion for working in a fast-paced environment. This position is on hybrid set-up, will be reporting to the General Manager and is located in Pasig, Metro Manila.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Overall understanding of statutory, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash management and cash flow
- Strength should be FP&A and commercial finance (reporting, business partnering) including improvement of process
- Distribution excellence know how is an advantage
- Manage 3 main areas: Supply Chain, Treasury and cash Management and FP&A
- Team management
Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any business-related course, advantage for post-graduate studies
- Must be a CPA
- At least 2 years work experience as head of finance, experience in overall finance and accounting
- Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A committed team player to build and sustain collaborative relationship among teams
- With strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
- Keeps up with new regulations, highly adaptable to change and demonstrate composure under stress
