Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment consultant, is representing our esteemed client-a prominent cybersecurity company in the Asia Pacific region. They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Head of HR to join their team based in Jakarta, offering a full Work From Office (WFO) arrangement.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and nurture talent
  • Proficiency in developing comprehensive plans to meet human capital needs aligned with strategic goals
  • Experience in enhancing employee training and development programs
  • The capacity to serve as a bridge between management and employees, fostering collaboration and communication
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records of hiring and terminations to support HR metrics analysis
  • Competency in creating and evaluating budget plans to meet organizational objectives
  • Proven ability to accommodate and execute plans, strategies, and improvements for ensuring business continuity
  • Skill in developing and implementing reliable HR policies and procedures in accordance with relevant regulations
  • Experience in overseeing monthly payroll processing and conducting annual performance evaluations
  • Proficiency in maintaining a complete and accurate internal HR database
  • Ability to review and update the company's organizational structure as needed.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any major (Preference for backgrounds in IT or psychology)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the field of Human Resources
  • Proficiency in conducting Behavior Event Interviews
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities
  • Familiarity with psychological test tools
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation, communication, conflict management, convincing, and influencing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and relationship-building
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective internal and external communication
