Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing pharmaceutical company. Our respective client is looking for a Head of Institutional Business whose role is to oversee the sales processes and partnerships with key accounts, develop long-term relationships with client and maintain connections. This position offers flexible work arrangement and will be reporting to the Director for Marketing and is located in Pasig City, Metro Manila.


Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Initiate sales strategies that lead to high customer satisfaction and increased business
  • Build awareness and credibility with the key accounts and key decision makers
  • Sustains and collects data and information relevant to assigned key accounts for analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Follows up with the customers regarding orders and ensures timely delivery and collections
  • Identify areas for improvement and leads solution with involvement of any internal teams
  • Support the Director for Marketing and Sales in the strategic account planning process, to identify financial targets, performance objectives, account management standards, and critical milestones and timelines.
  • Identify and seize business opportunities
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Pharma, or any related course, post-graduate studies is an advantage.
  • At least 10 years work experience in High Impact Sales Management in Pharmaceutical Industry and a wide network and relationship in the sector
  • Customer Service oriented and can-do attitude.
  • With organizational, strategic, Technical and leadership competencies.
  • Good economic understanding and industry insight (good customer and market orientation)
  • Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
