Job Description:

  • Developing Digital Strategy and Digital Roadmap
  • Customer Journey Mapping Development
  • CRM Integration
  • Business partner within the digital business for business' development
  • Strategize and delivery of digital transformation initiatives
  • Capture data and business analysis for business partnering with other stakeholders to deliver sustainable business process through IT Transformation
  • Cross function partnership and synergies with global direction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering
  • Preferable background of more than 13+ years of working experiences
  • Solid understanding of Business Transformation from Technology perspective
  • Experienced with IT Transformation projects and business partnering
  • Excellent communication skills written and spoken
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team-work
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
