International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a global pharmaceutical company seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our business in Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and market share for company's product lines.
- Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement product launch plans, including positioning, messaging, and promotional tactics.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, print, and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, market access, and global marketing, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies.
- Work with key opinion leaders and other external stakeholders to drive advocacy and thought leadership in the oncology and ETC space.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and tactics and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage marketing budget and ensure all activities are executed within budget and timeline.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, with a focus on ETC products.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies, including product launches and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the oncology and ETC market, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.
- Experience working with key opinion leaders and other external stakeholders preferred.
