Head of Marketing
Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a renowned multinational footwear company. The Head of Marketing will drive the success of the business by developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products and services. This role is on an onsite work set-up and will be reporting to the County Manager in PH.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns, as well as managing a team of marketing professionals.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote sports retail products and services, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing campaigns, including advertising, social media, email marketing, and events, to maximize customer engagement and sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape in the sports retail industry.
  • Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visuals across all marketing channels.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, PPC advertising, and social media marketing to drive online and in-store sales.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing content, including product descriptions, blog posts, videos, and social media content.
  • Develop and manage advertising campaigns, budget allocation, and media planning to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Lead and supervise a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create promotions, sales events, and loyalty programs that boost customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve marketing goals.
  • Explore and establish partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with sports-related organizations and events to enhance the company's brand visibility
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business Marketing or related field.
  • At least 10 years work experience in marketing and retail, preferably in the sports, retail and FMCG industries with 4 years leadership experience.
  • Must be well-versed in both Digital and Traditional Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the sports retail industry, including current trends and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in marketing analytics.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of advertising platforms and tools.
  • Budget management skills.
  • Strong project management abilities.
