Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting is recruiting on behalf of the Thailand's large auto finance and insurance brokerage company which the company has been established for more than 40 years and has been initially recognized as the prior auto leasing company in Thailand by focusing on retail customer segment. Throughout the period, the most well-known product is auto leasing. However, in the recent year, the company has started expanding the product line to sell motor insurance as a bundle package.

This position will be responsible for managing entire tele-sale team and branch management nationwide, monitoring and driving sale performance of motor insurance product, initiating marketing strategy to promote company product lines, coaching junior sale staffs to achieve individual KPI, developing sale incentive scheme to attract new sale workforce as well as advising product knowledge to Board Management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set up the full insurance broker company
  • Set up the sales strategy for the insurance brokerage company for the company's profit with sustainability concept
  • Set up the in-house tele sales teams.
  • Acquire/manage leads suitable for the products especially Motor Insurance for the tele sales teams.
  • Develop the sales incentive scheme/profit sharing scheme that can drive huge volume growth of insurance sales
  • Have a strong network with insurance tele sales teams to quickly set up the company's sales operation.
  • Have strong network or partner relations with insurance providers to ensure we can get high commission and full support for the company to achieve its business plan
  • Lead the operational processes to ensure a smooth operation with focus on customer satisfaction to create a lifetime customer
  • Ensure end-to-end operational process.
  • Set up the online platform including but not limited to maintaining the website, creating promotion, generating traffic to website and automated sales process to increase growth of sales.
  • Responsible for company's P&L with its sustainability
  • Act as an executive management team member of the Group
  • Build and promote corporate culture to align with the Group's values
  • Support the business expansion through talent recruitment and training
  • Set up compensation scheme by staff levels and functions to attract and retain talents using competitor's benchmarks
  • Formulate development plan for staff throughout career life
  • Create platform to drive staff performance through proper and fair goal setting, performance evaluation and pay for performance
  • Conduct staff validation and control measures to prevent staff fraudulent or misconduct

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Multiple years of progressive professional experience in Insurance Broker Business (5-10 years in management level). Experience as Head of Sales & Distribution, Head of Product at any large insurance brokerage company
  • Knowledge of insurance brokerage business model is a must.
  • Excellent knowledge of laws and regulations related to insurance business is required.
  • Possess strong knowledge in the insurance brokerage business model.
  • Good experience in managing insurance tele sales team and how/where to acquire qualified leads
  • Good marketing initiatives and online channel development
  • Connection with a large insurance tele sales teams
  • Mature businessman
