Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational provider of high quality household electronic equipment and home appliance. Our respected client is looking for a driven and professional for Head of Ownership Solution who has been in the Consumer electronics, IT Mobile, automotive, or Powertools Industry with at least 5 years of aftersales or operational repair services . The job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop working knowledge of industry regulations, restriction and laws and ensure service adheres to all regulations
  • Monitor departments issues and client complaints to define patterns and work to lessen recurring issues
  • Oversees procedures and policies for better handling of customer
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements impacting customer care function
  • Ensure department goals align with organizational goals and help teams drive strategic partner and initiatives
  • Continue with the transformation initiatives of service partner and field operation to uplift after sales service branding followed by better customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for aftermarket business & commercial development in Indonesia such as sales of spare part, accessories & extended warranty services; working on the development and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets according to business unit functional sales strategy


  • Degree in Business Administration, Technics or other relevant disciplines
  • Excellent experience in management role delivering technical services and improving services
  • Good comprehensive industry knowledge
  • Good track record of delivering and improving services in support of a growing organization
  • Effective leadership skills, time management aptitude and problem sensitivity
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationship and lead group of people at various levels, and influence actions and decisions to conform the goals of the company
  • Provides both business leadership and people leadership. Plans, monitors, co-ordinates and supervises the daily departmental activities.
