Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Leading Multinational Beverage Company. Our client is seeking for Head of Quality & SHE position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality, safety, health, and environmental initiatives in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Define quality control processes, methodologies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure quality levels.
  • Lead quality audits, assessments, and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and supply chain, to establish and maintain rigorous quality standards for products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee SHE policies, procedures, and programs to create a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies and external partners to maintain compliance and respond to audits or inquiries.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of quality and SHE professionals by providing mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO lead auditor) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, safety, health, and environment management within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing quality management systems, ensuring product compliance, and enhancing safety and sustainability initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
