Our respected client is currently seeking a Head of Sales for Media and IP Solutions. The company is located in Makati City, Philippines, with Hybrid work-setup.

Job Summary
The Head of Sales for Media and IP Solutions plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the company's offerings in the media and intellectual property space, requiring a combination of industry expertise, strategic thinking, and effective leadership.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for media and IP solutions, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and client segments for sales initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to establish sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team specializing in media and IP solutions.
    • Provide guidance on industry trends, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and adaptability.
  • Product Knowledge and Industry Awareness:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and changes in intellectual property regulations.
    • Ensure the sales team is well-informed about the company's media and IP solutions and can effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, media partners, and industry influencers.

Key job requirements:
