Our client is looking for a professional and experienced candidate with working experience in a beauty/retail sector. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Nurturing partnerships with retailers and fostering collaborative business planning across all retail partner channels.
- Guaranteeing operational excellence in both field and store operations, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Achieving retail performance goals, overseeing target setting, monitoring, and alignment with stakeholders.
- Accomplishing financial objectives by achieving net budgets and enhancing profitability through collaborative efforts with customers/retailers and internal stakeholders.
- Formulates and executes strategic plans to attain wholesale targets, maintaining up-to-date net shipment plans based on trade and promotional activities.
- Ensures the timely updating of all financial trackers, including wholesale, retail, discount rebates, and returns.
- Continuously analyzes wholesale and retail data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and emerging trends. Interprets and assesses data to develop contingency plans for critical business issues and adjust priorities in alignment with evolving business needs, in consultation with the Brand General Manager.
- Conducts regular store visits with the Sales team to gain insight into the commercial and retail environment, collecting feedback on challenges and successes for incorporation into future planning and the development of innovative best practices.
- Efficiently communicates with the field team to provide insights on retailer strategy and opportunities for maximizing wholesale and retail sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in English is a must.
- A minimum of 10-12 years of pertinent work experience within the Beauty or Retail Industry, ideally in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of achieving results, taking decisive actions, and successfully negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes with retail and business partners.
- Adapts readily to change and embraces new company initiatives and directions with flexibility.
