Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading general insurance in Thailand. The company is seeking a Head of Strategic Marketing and Ecommerce based in Bangkok. It has been providing comprehensive and affordable online protection plans e.g., travels, personal accidents, motor, health medical, sports, etc.

The position is responsible for leading, managing and developing the strategic marketing Initiatives aligned with strategy on value proposition to their partners and customers through products, partnerships, digital, and marketing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, establish and develop strategic partnerships to add value and expand through affinity partnerships
  • Develop and manage customer marketing strategy consisting of customer segmentation, value proposition, and product development
  • Develop customer marketing programs across the customer life cycle with key partners to cross sell and up-sell the affinity partnership customer base
  • Use segmentation analysis, data analytics to develop targeted marketing programs
  • Lead the digital marketing strategy
  • Website and social media marketing (website, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc)
  • Manage social media marketing (i.e. Facebook, YouTube, Google SEO SEM)
  • Develop marketing and ad programs through social media to acquire customers and leads for sale
  • Develop digital marketing campaigns to drive sales and marketing awareness
  • Work with our key partners to maximize our digital marketing campaigns to drive sales
  • Manage all strategic marketing initiatives through coordinating with all Depts and Regional HO
  • Develop the brand and advertising strategy in line with company vision
  • Manage our external corporate communication in line with company strategy
  • Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new product development
  • Manage market intelligence to track market trend, competitor movement
  • Apply market intelligence to support strategic planning and projects and to provide recommendation for business improvement

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or Business-related disciplines
  • At least 7 years of experience in Marketing and 3 years in managerial level
  • Experience in Customer marketing and Digital Marketing
  • Marketing & Business Development's experience in insurance and/or banking field is an advantage
  • Customer-focused with good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic-focused
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Thai
