Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Leading Multinational Beverage Company. Our client is seeking for Head of Sustainability position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with the company's values and business goals.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for reducing the company's environmental footprint, including energy use, waste generation, and emissions.
• Champion social responsibility efforts, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, fair labor practices, and community engagement.
• Engage with stakeholders including customers, suppliers, NGOs, and industry partners to drive collaboration and innovation in sustainability.
• Develop and maintain robust sustainability reporting, ensuring accurate and transparent communication of the company's progress and goals.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to promote sustainable sourcing practices and assess the environmental and social impact of suppliers.
• Lead research efforts to identify new opportunities for sustainable product development and business models.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of prior experience in the field of Sustainability.
• A bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies.
• Strong knowledge of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) frameworks and reporting standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to engage and inspire teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated track record of successful sustainability initiatives and projects.
