HR Consultant
Initial 6 month freelance contract + extensions
Hamburg, Germany

3 days onsite in Hamburg per week, 2 days remote

A leading semiconductor company.

Change-Management

  • Advising the local HR organization on upcoming organizational changes
  • Advising in the implementation of the matrix organization and organization of the teamwork on site

Consulting

  • Consulting international HR business partners on specialist issues relating to German HR work
  • Advice on the implementation of global projects in the German HR organization and on the digitization of HR processes in Germany
  • Advice on cooperation with works councils
  • Advising the German managing directors and international company management on HR- related issues
  • Advice on the growth of the organization
  • Advice on the identification and prioritization of all upcoming HR projects as well as the monitoring/control of the most important HR project at the location

Coaching

  • Required coaching of HR employees as well as specialists and executives
