Global law firm looking for a HR Coordinator to work in their Birmingham office and support the HR Advisors with high quality HR administration assistance and work across all core HR processes. - Support the wider HR team with on boarding documentation and deliver induction for all new starters
- Assist with the delivery of HR projects
- Identify trends and themes arising from HR inbox and escalate as appropriate
- Manage and respond to the HR inbox for the UK
- Liaise with employees, line managers and stakeholders as required
- Maintenance of filing, including key HR processes and templates
What a successful candidate looks like:
- Previous HR experience and a good understanding of HR processes
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail to ensure standards are met
- Confident communicator both written and verbally
