Global law firm looking for a HR Coordinator to work in their Birmingham office and support the HR Advisors with high quality HR administration assistance and work across all core HR processes. A great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop a long term career within a well-established and innovative HR team offering excellent training and ongoing career opportunities.

The role:

  • Support the wider HR team with on boarding documentation and deliver induction for all new starters
  • Assist with the delivery of HR projects
  • Identify trends and themes arising from HR inbox and escalate as appropriate
  • Manage and respond to the HR inbox for the UK
  • Liaise with employees, line managers and stakeholders as required
  • Maintenance of filing, including key HR processes and templates

What a successful candidate looks like:

  • Previous HR experience and a good understanding of HR processes
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail to ensure standards are met
  • Confident communicator both written and verbally
